We believe the space has uplifted and enlivened the Hub dining precinct and transformed what was a quiet and unorthodox space into an entirely new dining experience for the area. We were able to instil and formalise restauranteurs Tomi Björck & Samuel Cole’s conceptual and culinary ideals into a space that reflects a careful consideration of context and existing hospitality on offer. The introduction of sophisticated and refined dining experience from renowned Chef’s complimented a niche in the area that allowed it to thrive in what was an obscure corner of Hall street. The Design was able to adapt to an existing space and to the ambitions of the culinary experience. The adoption of the conceptual undertones in the culinary experience were the key informers for the spatial and material outcomes of the project. We believe was paramount to the success of the space as a sophisticated and refined dining experience that enhance the chromatic and complex flavours presented by Blanca Bondi.
